KL Trip

My KL trip was awesome except for the part where my ehem ehem came. Pffft. Anyways, it was really awesome as i get to eat all the foods that i have been craving for a long time. 

Before we flew off, we ate at papamia which is located at Terminal 1. The food there was really good and delicious. The prices are quite affordable, the minimum is $5.

So it was my first time flying, Yupp first time. I was white as sheet even before i reach the plane. I thought it would be quite scary and all but it turn out fine. I was really enjoying the take off and landing. It was a great experience and i just feel like flying. Luckily i sat beside the window i get to see the amazing view.

It feels as if i was in paradise and regretfully the flight was really short. I wanted a longer flight, it was like less than an hour and I was so disappointed. Booooo~ 

The bus ride from the Airport to our hotel was an hour ride. It was even longer than the flight, hahaha. It was really a nice ride since there were only like two to three traffic. The view was really soothing and calming, it takes my mind off many things. Just enjoying the scenery of nature is like a therapy. Singapore has so many buildings and everything moves so fast, enjoying the scenery in KL was really a nice for a change. 

Then we arrive at our Hotel, Park Royal. 

The entrance of the hotel was amazing. It really calms my mind when i enter. 

Even our room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable that i dont mind staying in it for our 4 days. The washroom really smells nice. It has this soothing smell that you just want to sit inside and not move. The service was really splendid. Every day, they will tidy our room and add a new set of our bathing necessities, change our sheets and all. It was really nice and the costs are quite affordable for a 5 STAR Hotel.

At night 

we had our dinner at Nando's, the service was really bad. I didnt even get my meal because they made a mistake of our orders. They didnt even say the name of the meal, there was no pictures also so we didnt really know what meal was what. There was this meal that it was so damn spicy, my gums were swollen, it's still is. Pffft. So Basically, im not going to eat at nando's ever again. 

Horrible like really. Pffft. 

So after our dinner, 

we walk around Sungei Wang. The place is like our Far East, there is everything there. There is this money changer, their rate is really good. It's located at the basement really near an escalator that is going down. The rate was S$1 to RM2.45, not bad right i got mine at RM2.43. Pffft.

 On my first day i bought hand cream and a conditioner for like RM26 which is around SG $10 at Body Shop, they were having a sale and it was the last day!! Lucky me! haha.

So thats the end of our first day. 

I was damn Happy i swear! haha. :) 

2ND DAY!

We had our breakfast at OLD TOWN COFFEE!

The nasi lemak was really good except for the portion, it was not enough for me. I have a huge appetite, like really huge. haha. But in all, it was 7 out of 10 for me. It comes in a set which is good and our bill was like RM50 around there so it wasn't that bad. 

So after Breakfast, 

we continue walking at Sungei Wang, my mum practically shop all her clothes there. This is the first time i see her spending more than me and i was like, you bought that already, so buy another one. Or no, you buy alot already, no more money. hahaha. I bought face and eye mask at SASA which was on sale! It was 4 for RM10 such a good buy i would say.

I got myself an OBEY cap as well, it was selling at RM69.90 but the lady was really nice she sold me at RM30. I was quite shocked but really happy at the same time. Its like S$15. 

I got the Victoria's secret perfume at Berjaya Times Square. I like the smell its really sweet like the name itself, Sweet Temptation. hahaha. It was selling at RM40 but i asked for a discount and the lady gave me RM35. hahaha. Wasn't really much of a discount but it's still quite cheap!! :) 

So my next stop was at Berjaya Times Square. Bingo. hahaha

So the kids when to play at the Theme Park and the females went shopping. Just by looking at the roller coaster, i wanted to puke out my breakfast, i swear. hahaha.

Berjaya Times Square is another place that i would say its like our Far East even though its really three times the size of Far East, it sells the same thing all over again. Really have to search the best prices you can get especially those that has sales ongoing. So this were my buys from Times Square

The colour is really sweet, i really like it. Finally got myself another 2 long skirt since many of my friends said i should wear long skirt often. hahaha. The long dress was really sweet, it caught my eye instantly when i walked past the shop. Im the type of person who sees something i like, i must buy it! hahaha. So i guess im quite stubborn when it comes to shopping. hahaha. 

Then My mum, aunt and myself were tired walking and shopping, we stopped by Tutti Frutti. The flavour i took was pure yoghurt and i didn't know. I was so sour that my face had to give different expressions. hahaha. Mine cost about RM9.50. I guess its the same price as SG's one. 

Then we had lunch/dinner at this Arabic place. The restaurant had this clear scenery and i like it. The food was awesome as well and those who are in love with arab guys should go to the shop. The guys there are really not bad. hahaha. Should recommend this to my special friend, H. hahaha. She will definitely go bonkers. hahaa.

I ordered Lamb Briyani it was really good. The lamb was really soft and not really chewy like SG. The portion is huge as you can see but i finish it and im proud. hahah. I can still eat a slice of the pizza. I recommend to eat the lamb since i know most of us is really sick of chicken chicken and more chicken. haha. The prices minimum you can get a meal is around RM20. 

We didnt had any supper cause we were really darn full. After reaching the hotel, we went to walk around the hotel. The Gym facilities and Swimming pool were really nice. I didnt get to enjoy them because i didnt bring a set of gym clothes and i can't swim. Pffft. 

So that was the end of my 2nd Day and i was already dead tired.

3RD DAY! 

We had our breakfast in the Hotel. My mum, aunt and uncle went to buy our food at the Mama shop opposite. i have no idea where but somewhere. hahaha. The food i ate was really quite salty since at home my mum usually lessen the salt in her cooking. But nevertheless, it was quite nice. :) 

I ate the nasi goreng since im not really a noodle fan, i do still eat noodles but i prefer rice.

After our breakfast, 

we were off to Midvalley Mega Mall. I swear the mall really is MEGA! Didnt even had the chance to walk the whole building! 

OFF WE GO~

I didnt really take much pictures at the place cause i was busy looking for Wondermilk and to my disappointment the shop was closed long time ago. So now i should not really trust google that much! :( 

We ate our lunch at Oasis Foodcourt since we wanted to try their food and compare it with SG. I ordered mine from the Nasi Padang shop, actually my mum did it for me. hahaha. I couldnt really move. Boooo~ 

The food looks and taste really good. I would say this is the taste of Authentic Malay cooking. haha. Its around RM6.50 if im not wrong, so its almost the same as SG pricing. My mum also ordered their bbq squid and prawn which i regretfully didnt get to take a photo because we just rush in to eat. It's really good beside the spiciness. I swear they really like spicy food. I myself can't really stand spicy food. 

Then we started walking around the mall, looking at every shop from outside because like nothing interest us. Then we saw this Pet Wonderland store which had really cute animals! THEY WERE SO CUTE!!! The store even sells spiders, i was quite surprised since we dont get to see spiders in a pet shop. hahaha. 

Then we ate at Baskin Robbins since the weather was quite hot. I had my cotton candy!! The price was around RM5.50 for a single scoop. Not bad right. i couldn't really remember SG price. 

After 4 hours of walking, 

we gave up finding for our cupcake and started to buy all our food. I bought Carl's Junior, Subway, Sushi and Krispy Kreme's. 

I ate on my super single bed. It was heaven for me. I ate Carl's Junior and Subway together and im proud i finish it! hahaha. 

4TH DAY

We had our breakfast at the Hotel, the place was called Chatz Brasserie. It was a buffet and it was really good. They had a variety from Malaysian cuisine to Japanese Cuisine. 

If i could eat more, i swear i could have swallowed alot more than all that but i couldnt. hahaha. I went upstairs to just laze around the bed.

I really cannot move because of my once a month thing, it was really frustrating. I Swear. Then i had to go down the swimming pool area because it was my aunt birthday and we bought a cake for her. The kids were all swimming and i was on my bed enjoying my last moment. hahaha

It was a mango cake from Secret Recipe, it taste really good, luckily i still had a space for it, if not it would be such a waste. haha. 

My family really likes to eat i swear. 

Lastly before we leave the hotel, we ate at si chuan dou hua restaurant, its Halal btw. haha. 

The food was really not bad but i dont recommend the dim sum. Their Seafood Fried Rice was really good. We had to order 2 medium size. The Crispy Roasted Chicken was really huge and good. You can't get that size in SG. Their tea was quite nice, its bitter but thats the kick of it i guess. hahaha. The Dim Sum were so-so i would say, tasted better in SG but the chee chou fun(i think thats how the spelling is. hahaha) was really good. It had prawn in it. Yum Yum. 

Then the lady gave us fortune cookies, so everyone had their own cookies and all their fortune were quite true. As for me i got this

I guess it is true is someways. hahaha. So after that we left the hotel in our van to the airport, overall it was a great experience. Getting to know KL culture and their scenery was beautiful. You can't get to see cows, kampung houses and just trees with no buildings in Singapore. I wouldn't mind going back to KL or to any place just to be out of SG. Singapore is just too stress, a city life that many of us could not really cope with the demands in academics and everything. Just add pressure on you but all of that aside, Singapore is still my home and it was nice seeing Changi Airport when we landed.
